LET’S GOOOOOOOOOO! The Insanity Workout Schedule Will Push You To Your Limit!
Insanity. The name says it all. You’ve seen the infomercial. You’ve purchased the program (or you can here). If you’ve started, then you’ve even scraped yourself off the floor, drenched in sweat, when you finished. This program has started a phenomenon. The program, along with the Insanity calendar and nutrition plan does one thing. It creates CHAMPIONS! The key to success is to decide NOW. Decide that no matter how hard it is, how sore you are or how easily you are talking yourself into skipping your workout or tossing the Insanity workout schedule in the trash, you won’t. This is it. You can do anything for 60 days right? Take before photos. Video yourself. Shoot, interview yourself, because in 60 days, if you follow the Insanity workout schedule, I guarantee you will be a different person.
The Phenom known as Insanity
Anyone following the Insanity calendar will HAVE to talk about the program. It’s kind of like fight club…or the opposite of fight club. YOU MUST TALK ABOUT INSANITY. I’ve sat around with many a stranger that overheard me say “insanity” and next thing you know, we are chatting it up, whining about ski abs or hating on whatever workout falls on our Insanity workout schedule the next day! Pure Cardio-NO! Max ANYTHING-NO!
Fight Club rules meet Insanity
1st RULE: You do not talk about FIGHT CLUB.= You ONLY talk about Insanity.
2nd RULE: You DO NOT talk about FIGHT CLUB.= You ONLY talk about Insanity.
3rd RULE: If someone says “stop” or goes limp, taps out the fight is over.=If someone says “stop” or takes too long of a break or tries to quit, the workout is NOT over.
4th RULE: Only two guys to a fight.=Only two guys to a workout, you and Shaun T.
5th RULE: One fight at a time.=One workout, one day at a time.
6th RULE: No shirts, no shoes.=No shirt (it will just get drenched), no shoes (they all hurt).
7th RULE: Fights will go on as long as they have to.=Workouts will feel like they go on forever. (38 minutes feels like 3 days..trust me! Ha!)
8th RULE: If this is your first night at FIGHT CLUB, you HAVE to fight.=If this is your first time at Insanity, you HAVE to keep going.
