Girls Gotta Do What a Girls Gotta Do to Get Workout Results
I seriously went to the gym for years striving for workout results. I saw people that had abs. I just wasn’t one of them. Ha! I NEVER thought that I could achieve better workout results working out from home, but I have. And my workouts are also half the time! Not to mention..no commute and nobody sees what I look like (well except for you guys in the video below!). Although, on a sidenote, I do feel like I work harder when I don’t look super crazy. If you are working out in your pajamas, stop it. Ha! Treat yourself to a cute workout outfit. If you feel better about yourself, you will work harder.
Nothing Left but Must Keep Going
Today I am sharing with you three unconventional tips that allow me to get crazy results, especially on days where I just don’t have much to give. Do you have those days where you are just out of gas? I’m just not raring to go every single day. But I know the power of consistency so I have developed mini strategies to help me push harder when I don’t have much left in the tank. Because, if I am going to make the time to workout (only 25-30 minutes tho), I want it to count. I don’t just want to go thru the motions and neither should you. Plus, that’s not how you get the results you are desiring.
