Do You Need Weight Loss Help?
Today, I want to discuss my #1 weight loss help tip. This will be my best advice as to how to stay on track, avoid falling off the wagon and a tip that will actually increase your chances of getting the results you want. WHAT?? TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE? Of course, a lot of things can contribute to your success when wanting to lose weight:
- accountability
- a support system
- proper nutrition
- consistent exercise
- water intake
- goal setting
But, my biggest weight loss help tip actually involves your weigh-ins. Did you just get nervous? Cotton mouth? Sweaty palms? Hyperventilating, perhaps? Did your gag reflex kick in just at the thought of the scale? I thought so. Ha!

How often have you felt like this photo? I know I laughed when I first saw it because it is SO COMMON. Society has made us scale crazy! Scale obsessed, even! The next billion dollar industry will be inaccurate scales! It’s like the clothing store whose clothes’ sizes run smaller…I want to shop there! I wear two sizes smaller there!
