Why I don’t care about your weight loss
It’s not that I don’t care.
It’s just shouldn’t be the #1 priority, in my opinion.
I do believe in tracking and knowing where you are and where you want to be, without getting too hung up on a particular number on the scale. What you focus on, you improve upon. What you track, goes whack (ha!). So, I’m not against it.
I’m just more FOR what I share in this video below.
