Perfect Squat Form will Improve Your Results
Getting lunge and squat form down is vital! Doing any type of move involving your knees, joints or back improperly can definitely wear on your body FAST! And we are on a mission to get better, not worse, right? Don’t take this information lightly. Perfect squat form will increase your flexibility and strength when done properly, as well, besides preventing injury. Form should seriously be your number one priority in your workout. I would rather you do less reps with better form than more reps compromising form. For those of you doing Insanity, especially…a lot of the workout is based on momentum, but if your form is wrong, bring it down a notch. You should be focusing on doing as many perfect squats, lunges and power jumps as possible. NOT just as many as possible. This will also improve your results drastically as you are working the muscle properly! And we all want results!
