I’ve been drinking it for 2.5 years now and haven’t looked back. It is truly nutrition in a cup and more than just any old protein shake. They only focus on the one category that might rank slightly higher without taking the whole picture into account. This makes me crazy. Keep in mind, Beachbody takes pride in having the HEALTHIEST shake on the market, not just to safeguard its reputation but because they truly care about helping people! They have even made changes to shakeology a few times to improve the nutritional value while maintaining the integrity of the shake.
