Any Equipment Required?
Space: You need just enough room to move front to back and side to side. A small living room space should do the trick.
Equipment: Dumbbells (low-mid weight)are used in the POWER HIIT workout to advance your fitness level and to get serious definition! Dumbbells are optional for the SHOCK PLYO HIIT 2 workout. You may also find that wearing the Les Mills Combat gloves when you’re working out will amp up your intensity and help you deliver more accurate punches(these are NOT weighted gloves).

The beauty of Les Mills Combat is the range of fitness levels that will get an adequate, calorie-burning, butt kicking from this program. The beauty of Les Mills Combat is that you get out of it what you put into it. If you are just beginning or if you are an athlete, you can customize the intensity level. Punch harder, jab faster, kick higher when you can! This is a great workout for everyone! Most of the workouts are in a standing position as well. There is not much movement on the floor, so if that is difficult at this point in your journey, this program is still totally doable.
