Pile Up the Free Foods
Free foods are foods, condiments, sauces, etc that don’t hurt you. They are low in sodium, sugar, calories, fat, etc. So you have the green light to add these items to any meal! And the good news is that all of these free foods are packed with flavor! No rice cakes here! Ha! In the video below I share my top 3 free foods in the condiment department. This is where you can make a huge difference as far as flavor goes. Nobody said healthy eating had to be bland! Thank GOODNESS!
