It’s Time to Focus and Go!
If you wanted a Focus T25 calendar, here it is. This is by far one of my all time favorite programs. It’s only 25 minutes a day. There is a modifier for every single move. It’s actually Tania, pictured here. She had a baby and STILL got those results, MODIFYING! So great, right? No matter where you are starting, you can do this program. And with each workout, you give a little more. You will be amazed at how much you improve with time. As you can see on the Focus T25 calendar, there is a place to mark whether you “barely made it” or “nailed it”. Don’t feel bad if you barely make it. You WILL improve. I promise.
