Summer’s Coming! Is Your Booty Ready?
Are you ready to do whatever butt exercise it takes to keep you from being self conscious this swimsuit season? It’s time to surrender! You don’t have to live this way! I have always been able to get my biceps and even my abs toned fairly quickly. My booty, though is a different story. Saddlebags. Cellulite. A droopy bubble butt. Lines seeming to be….stretch marks! NOOOOOO! It has a mind of its own and left me on a desperate search for the best butt workout.
The good news is that I have finally come across butt exercises that work in the Brazil Butt Lift workout! Better news is that these same butt exercises also work on my core and back and thighs. Score! And the best news is that now the Brazil Butt Lift people added the Master Series which works my arms and shoulders too! I used to have to work these out separately, but still found it totally worth it. Now there is a one stop, booty focused shop! Ha!

I could keep rambling, but figured, photos were soooo much better! I’ve never suggested staring at someone’s butt, UNTIL NOW! Ha (or “bottom”, as my mother would say)!
