Major Contributors to You Being Bloated
I hate being bloated. It might be more of a female thing. Not sure. But it leaves me feeling gross, unattractive and upset…which can most definitely trickle into every area of my life. WHICH is NOT GOOD! So, my most recent finding has done wonders in helping me not feel bloated as much anymore. I know, for some, this is like gold. If I told you it was a magic pill for 3 easy payments of $19.95 a bottle, you would stock a pantry, full! Right? Well, thankfully it’s free and it’s right in front of us. It’s water! It’s hydration! Most of our bodies are dehydrated! Can you believe it? Well, I know some of you can because I got a message from someone the other day asking me if 8 ounces a day of water was enough. Yes, I had to pick myself up off the floor. That’s not good. And, no, that’s NOT enough.
Water? Seriously?
I know some of you are disappointed. But, hey, do you want to stay bloated? This really works! So, how much water should you be drinking per day? On an average day, you should be consuming half of your body weight in ounces daily. So, if you weigh 200 pounds, then that’s 100 ounces of water. And that’s an average day. If you are exercising (which you better be) or if you have a strenuous job outdoors, then you will want to add more. This equation does not account for the consumption you need to replenish whatever you are sweating out. This is just for regular daily activity. Can you do that? In today’s video I will give you two more tips to keep you from being bloated. P.S. Ready to join my next accountability group and lose up to 15 pounds in 21 days?
