Best of Both Worlds: Insanity T25 Hybrid
I am a Shaun T FRAM (1/2 friend, 1/2 fan, 1/2 family..and yes, that equals 1.5 because Shaun T is THAT GREAT)! Ha! So, what better workout than to combine his Insanity workout with his Focus T25 workout!?!? I love both for very different reasons and thought you might love to try combining them in an Insanity T25 hybrid, once you have completed both programs. It’s always fun to switch it up a little bit. When you complete the Insanity T25 hybrid, I want to hear about it!

Today, I’m on my second to last week of insanity, I already did Insanity in the morning and I was wondering if it would be okay to start the hybrid now that I have one week left of insanity. My body asks me for more but I’m not sure if it’s okay. I was planning on doing focus t25 after Insanity by the way

I don’t see why not but most importantly I would listen to my body to make sure I’m not overdoing it and make sure I’m fueling my body properly to maximize results.
