Personal Development Books are Invaluable Tools
Up until I became a Beachbody coach 2.5 years ago, I had no clue what personal development books even were. Man oh man! Hot diggity dog! Thank God I discovered this hidden gold mine! Personal development books will surely lead you to the hidden treasure of a fully lived life! I’ve always been self motivated with tendencies toward control freak! Ha! So, initially when my coach recom-mended that I read particular books to help me with my business, I thought it was hogwash. I don’t need any books, but the Bible (even though I do like to read). I liked to read true stories and memoirs, not “self help” books. I figured personal development books were for people that needed therapy or watched Dr. Phil. Not me! I can do whatever I set my mind to. I don’t need no books! Ha! I did feel that way in the very back of my mind but I was also a good student. My coach said it was important in order for me to succeed to the level I desired, so I was going to follow directions. After all, she was super successful and momma didn’t raise no fool.
The rest is history! I’ve learned! I’ve grown! And I continue to grow daily! I AM succeeding! I also KNOW without a doubt that without these books, I wouldn’t be where I’m at today! When you read or listen to personal development audio regularly, it changes your mentality! Rejection doesn’t phase you as much! Your belief doesn’t waiver. You don’t allow your circumstances to dictate your mood. You start believing amazing things are not only possible but within reach! I’m telling you, I’m a superfan! So, I’ve decided to make a compilation of my favorite personal development books for you.
