3 Day Shakeology Cleanse
The shakeology cleanse is a safe, effective way to cleanse your system in a short amount of time. Shakeology is an amazing, superfood packed, all natural meal replacement shake. The concept behind the shakeology cleanse is to pump your body full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, priobiotics, superfoods and lots of water over a 3 day period leaving you feeling great. AND, YOU DON’T STARVE! When most people hear the word “cleanse”, they cringe. Most envision feeling famished and running to the restroom frequently. The shakeology cleanse won’t have you feeling either way.
In the shakeology cleanse, you are not allowed to have dairy or caffeine. Also, you must limit intensive exercise over these three days due to the caloric deficiency. The shakeology cleanse is a great way to jump start your metabolism, detox your system and get you ready for a vacation or help you recover from some of the damage done over vacation.
3 DAY SHAKEOLOGY CLEANSE ESSENTIALS
3 Shakeology shakes per day; any flavor (9 total)–order HERE.
2 cups (6 total) of green tea per day –green tea with no sugar. No substitutions.
1-2 pieces of fruit per day (Optional. It is discouraged except for those of you that will need the extra calories; others may not)
Power-workout participants (those who are already super conditioned) are recommended the higher # of calories
1 salad for dinner-can include 4 oz. of GRILLED white fish or chicken ONLY and veggies (Only use low-fat, non creamy dressings, and go easy on the salt and/or pepper to taste)
No dairy or extra sugars (this includes almond and soy milk)
For maximum results, do NOT use additives
Drink 2 to 4 liters of water EVERY DAY during the shakeology cleanse
Shakeology Cleanse Daily Regimen (repeat for 3 days):
1 cup of green tea to start the day
1 scoop Shakeology (140 calories)
1/2 cup of fruit (60 to 90 calories)-optional
Ice to taste
8 to 10 oz. of water
Snack 1: 1 piece of fruit (apple, pear, orange, banana mango, etc.) (85 calories)
Lunch: 1 scoop Shakeology (140 calories) Ice to taste, 8 to 10 oz. of water + 1 cup of green tea
Snack 2: (you can have the 2nd snack before or after dinner) 1 scoop Shakeology plus ice and 8-10 oz. of water
Dinner: Salad (with greens and 3 servings of vegetables) +4 oz. of grilled white fish or poultry (roughly 340 calories) and 2 tablespoons of dressing—no more!
