Light Bulb Moment to Avoid
I usually LOVE that light bulb moment that can really reinvigorate your life. The actual light bulb moment definition is “a moment of sudden inspiration, revelation, or recognition.” Who doesn’t want that, right? It’s like the heavens opened and an actual light shined down on you! One of my most memorable light bulb moments was when I was in high school. Welp, right when I thought I was on the right track, that I had discovered something revolutionary, turns out I had a bad bulb. I actually went on for years with this “light bulb moment”. I let it dictate my life. Little did I know, I should’ve tossed the idea out IMMEDIATELY.
The Light Bulb Moment that Burns Out
You live and learn. Thankfully, I learned this lesson before it was too late and that is why I found it vital to share with you. Just because we are programmed to think one way, doesn’t mean we have to stay that way. You are capable of changing your thought process, your work ethic, your life. But, nobody can change it for you. I can want it for you so badly, but you have to commit to change. In the video below, see how my “light bulb moment” almost ruined me and how I turned it around for the better. I guarantee you can apply this somewhere in your life. If you can, I’d love to hear about it in the comments below. Am I alone here or have you found yourself in the same scenario? P.S. Just in case you missed it yesterday, I have an exciting accountability group starting on August 25th, to help you get fit fast! Another light bulb moment in my life was when I realized I can get GREAT results in only 25 minutes a day! Want results? Message me at Jessica@jessicabowsernelson.com to save your spot and join me!
