But, I have one additional requirement. You must go ALL IN. If you aren’t satisfied with your first 30 days of Insanity Max: 30, its because you didn’t 100% do your part, in my opinion. Are you following the nutrition guide? Are you pushing to your max in every workout? I don’t care about your max out time. And I don’t care about the scale. I care about YOU. Are you GIVING IT EVERY SINGLE THING YOU’VE GOT?! Are you fueling your body properly to turn it into a calorie burning machine? Are you eating too little? Are you eating too much? Are you rewarding yourself for the work you put in with unhealthy foods? Are you slacking off in your workout because you are tired? Are you stretching enough? Are you sleeping enough? When the going gets tough, typically, in life what do you do? What is your history?
My challenge to you is to STAY IN THE GAME.
