As an Elite Team Beachbody Coach, I get to preview all of our new programs before their release- coolest perk EVER!!!! So, I always make a preview to share with you, but was definitely nervous about this one, since I would BE DANCING! HA!
I will tell you, I was slightly skeptical about my ability to actually get a workout doing this, but was definitely sweating and I was super sore the next day! The best part about it, also, was that you were so focused mentally on getting it right, you didn’t even feel the burn really and it was super fun!
The first 26 minutes of the program was literally Shaun T breaking down every single step in a super simple, easy to learn way. Then, at the end, he puts on the fun music and you put what you’ve learned into action. You “cize it up”. I can’t wait for you all to experience this with me!
