Keep Perfectionism and Impatience from Messing with Your Results
These are the 4 mental roadblocks I have to overcome on a daily basis in my workouts:
- Being My Own Worst Critic
One of these things can be debilitating. All 4 can be EVEN worse. I don’t know about you, but once my brain starts in that downward spiral, my energy and my physical effort follows. If you want to get results, that’s NOT okay. The key is to figure out what COULD be holding you back and find small ways to deal with them little bits at a time so you can continue forward motion which amounts to big strides over time.
