Ding! Ding! Ding!
I have been a loyal gym rat for most of my life but have converted to at home workouts in the last three years. Today, I will give you a few reasons as to why I made the switch. This is my personal opinion. At home workouts have gotten me, personally, far better results (which is the #1 reason why I made the switch–who doesn’t want fast results? Or results at ALL??). At home workouts have also eliminated some annoying occurrences that come with a gym membership. Here is my silly ode to…the gym.
First off, it costs money! On average, 67% of people don’t even use their membership!
I HATE the treadmill!
Traffic. Nuf said.
Too many people do too little work AT THE GYM! GEESH!
It can be uncomfortable! With my at home workouts, I can exercise in my pajamas if I want to (didn’t say I did though 🙂 )
Etiquette. Talk about pet peeves! I don’t have any of these issues with my easy at home workouts.
And in closing, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
