How to Make a Goal and Stick to Itachieve your goals

I get it. You make goals. You get excited. You can’t wait to IF you stick with it! NOOOOOO! The dreaded “if” word. But the “if” exists because you’ve struggled to achieve your goals in the past. And NEWS FLASH: You aren’t the only one. There are goals set and there are goals not being achieved on the daily.

Steps to Achieve Your Goals

So, let’s make a plan. First thing, don’t become jaded. Just because you didn’t achieve your goals before doesn’t mean you can’t. So, set some fun and challenging goals for yourself. I love the phrase from the movie When the Game Stands Tall (great football movie, by the way, especially if you love movies with a message). The coach is talking about a perfect goal. It’s a big goal that stretches your abilities but is still doable when giving a perfect effort. Think about that. Reread it. Then read it again. Okay. Let’s continue.

You have your goals. They will stretch you but the are within your reach with a perfect effort. WHY do you still not achieve your goals???
